We want you to love your new locker as much as we do, but if it is not quite the right fit for your home, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and are in unassembled, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original flat-pack packaging and has not been assembled or modified.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your locker back into its original box and ship it to our warehouse using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
